He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Weaver and Lois Weaver; his former wife LaDonna; and his daughter Lesley. He is survived by: his wife Candace Weaver of Whitney; his children, Rusty Weaver (Pandora) of Arthur City, Charlie Weaver (Page) of Montgomery, Texas and LeAnn Green (Chuck) of Runaway Bay, Texas; and his stepchildren, Lee Moore (Tammy) of St. George, Ronnie Moore (Angie) of Burleson, Texas and Rayna Whitney (Adam) of Whitney, Texas.. He is also survived by his Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren.
