She is survived by: her husband Ledel Sappington; her children, Mark Thompson (Brooke Thompson), Brock Black, Leslie Wade, Chris Sappington (Brandi Sappington) and Rusty McIver (Sara McIver); her grandchildren, Slade Thompson, Makayla Thompson, Malachi Thompson, Micah Thompson, Victoria Reeves, Errika Black, Brooklyn Black, Colton Black, Cody Henson, Cailyn "Bugg" Wimberly, Avery Wade, Leah Williams, Abigail Sappington, Scarlett Sappington, Trace Sappington, Heidi Sappington, Kashlynn McIver, Clifton McIver, Waylon McIver and Fletcher McIver; her sister-in-law Monica Black; and her sister Pamela Black.
