She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Vernon and Colvia Wilson (Strange); her husband Rick Collins; her children, Michelle Paris (Michael), Justin Floyd, Jan Collins, Sara Wilson and Ricky Collins Jr. (Sarah); and her grandchildren, Matthew, Mariah Paris, Charlie Floyd, Aaron, Kyle, Jillian See, Josie and Cooper Collins. She was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Penny crafted quilts for every new child born into the family, and donated countless to various women and children's shelters and to Quilts of Valor.
