He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Jackson Tolbert and Gladys Corrine Duke Tolbert; and his brother Robert Thomas Tolbert. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Gean Story Tolbert (Becky); his daughters, Melissa Tolbert Horton (Kevin Horton) and Samantha Tolbert Newsom; his grandchildren, Joshua Horton (Andrea Kauitzsch Horton), Bethany Horton, Calista Newsom, Sienna Newsom and Keira Newsom; and his great grandchild Caleb Newsom. He is also survived by many other family members and close friends.
