It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Ray Copeland of Whitney, Texas, born in Anson, Texas, who passed away on July 30, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Copeland and Mary Copeland. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Copeland of Wolfe City, TX, Matthew Copeland (Jennifer) of Whitney, TX and Lainie Copeland of Burleson, TX.; his siblings, Deborah and Steve; his grandchildren, Kristin Lopez (Felix), Zachary Simons (Fantasy), Collyn Copeland, Micah Innis, Bryce Copeland and Peyton Copeland; and his great grandchildren, Zeppelin, Zuree Lopez, Rayn and River Simons. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
