She was predeceased by: her mother Bobbie Marie Wilson; her husbands, Terry Forbes, Steve Tanner, David Smith and Johnny Modgling; her sister Sherry Warren; and her adoptive parents, James Yerby and Velma Yerby.
She is survived by: her father William Warren; her adoptive parent J. C. Yerby; her children, Kristin Wilson, Sheree Lovelace, Brandie Ballard and Shawnee Modgling; and her sons-in-law, James Wilson, Ryan Lovelace, Jed Ballard and Rene Ramirez.
