He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Holley; his daughter Norma McKnight; his granddaughter Abby McKnight; and his siblings, Nancy Krusen, Judy Sherron, Mary Kimmons, Diane Presley and Jamie Holley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
