Betty Jo James Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo James of Whitney, Texas, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Jo James to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tessie Mae Clements and Robert Nelton Whitfield (G. L. Bonner); her siblings, Lanelle Eubank, Peggy Ballinger and Robert Whitfield; and her children, Nathan James (Susan) and Leah Gower.
She is survived by: her spouse Joy James; and her children, Micah Reeves (Jim), Esther Pent (Arnold), Rebekah Martin and Priscilla Dark. She is also survived by her children, thirty-two grandchildren, sixty-eight great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
