He was predeceased by: his grandfather Timothy Nichols. He is survived by: his mother Hannah Nichols; his cousin Michael Dean; his father Jamie Cook; his grandparents, Dana Nichols, Gary Watts and Christa Watts; and his aunts and uncles, Tristan Nichols, Michael Crawford (Kinzie) and David Reagan (Lexy).
