She was predeceased by: her sister-in-law Leitha Shelley. She is survived by: her husband Randy Malone of White Deer; her children, Jimmy Woodin of Austin and Heather Garner (Mark) of Amarillo; and her siblings, Sammy Shelley of Clarendon and Cathy Penn.

As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to First Assembly of God Church, 500 S. Cuyler St. Pampa, Texas 79065 in honor of Cynthia.
