He was predeceased by: his wife Esperanza Uresti; and his son Jose Antonio Sandoval (Cynthia). He is survived by: his children, Amador Sandoval Sr. Sandoval (San Juanita), Maria Juanita Hernandez (Joel), Pablo Sandoval Jr. and Norma Paz (Reginaldo); and his grandchildren, Anaise Recae Guzman, AJ Sandoval, Mary Jane Hernandez, Joanna Garza, Jeannette Hernandez, Ayissa Sandoval, Jose Antonio Sandoval, Cassandra Ruiz, Larissa Sandoval, Pablo Sandoval III, Rolando Paz, Roman Gabriel Paz and Priscilla Paz. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
