He is survived by: his sons, Grocery and Weslaco; his siblings, Minerva Garza (Sam), Concepcion "Chon" Cardenas (Eva), Emma, Cleotilde Graham (Tim) of Abilene, Alonzo Cardenas (Norma), Carlota Tejada and Carmelina Cardenas (Kame); his children, Delia Guajardo (Felix), Janie Cantu (Pepe), Yolanda Saenz (Hector), Juan Carlos Cardenas (Gracie), Christina "Christy" and Norberto "Nerby" Cardenas (Maribel); his grandchildren, Tony Alvarez (Nilda), Ivan Perez (Hilda), Marla Guajardo-Knaub, Adam Perez (Stevie), Eric Hernandez (Doraly), Jennifer "Jenny", Felix Guajardo, Jr., Laurinda "Laurie", Christopher Saenz (Krystal), Alexis Hernandez (Laura), Travis Cantu (Clarissa), Janae Cardenas, Monique Chavez (Gesh), Juan Carlos "Jasey" Cardenas, Bryan Cardenas, Adan Cardenas and Isaac Cardenas; and his great grandchildren, Noah I. Perez, Jeremy J. Perez, Lauren C. Perez, Emma S. Perez, Jaden G. Knaub, Peyton F. Knaub, Yazmin J. Knaub, Emily J. Hernandez, Joshua R. Hernandez, Alexander J. Hernandez, Mia I.
