He was predeceased by: his parents, Benito Montemayor and Melecia Montemayor; and his wife Altagracia Salas Montemayor. He is survived by: his children, Benito Montemayor, Jr. (Janie), Jose Montemayor (Connie) of Houston, TX, Roberto Montemayor (Toya) of Indiana, Angel Montemayor (Josie) of Indiana, Gabriel Montemayor (Oralia) of Houston, TX, Guadalupe Solis of Sheboygan, WI, Rosa Hernandez (Roberto) of Weslaco, TX, Elva Longoria (Manuel) of Mercedes, TX and Elizabeth Palmas (Joel) of Seattle, WA.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, & great-great-grandchildren.
