She was predeceased by: her mother Herminia Ruiz De Leon; her son Aaron Anthony Fonseca; and her siblings, Juana Alviso and Juan De Leon. She is survived by: her father Florentino De Leon; her children, Ariel Fonseca (Vicky), Elizabeth Rodriguez (Joel), Carlos Fonseca (Patricia), Elvira Fonseca and Dyanyra Fonseca (Pablo Puente); and her siblings, Florentino De Leon III and Patricia De Leon. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
