He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Gingrich and Hazel Gingrich; his wife Olga; and his son Michael. He is survived by: his children, Daniel (Lisa), Eric (Colleen), Alex and Christina; his grandchildren, Christopher, Anna, Stacey, Kristi, Justin, Zachary, Nathan, Aaron, Alice, Jeremy and Riley; his great grandchildren, Emmett, Parker, Indie, Calvin, Westin and Hayes; his brothers, Alan and Don (Patty); his nieces, Lisa and Jenny; and his nephew Steve.
