He was predeceased by: his father Vincent Rodriguez; and his grandparents, Joe, Anita Garza, Bernardo Sr. and Savina Rodriguez.

He is survived by: his mother Dolores Rodriguez; his wife Yolanda Rodriguez; his children, Phillip Rodriguez, Jr., Mallory Loginov and Sasha Portillo; and his sisters, Amanda Rodriguez-Evans, Alicia Lopez, Lisa Torres and Christine Vallejo. He is also survived by his sisters, wife, and children.
