She is survived by: her husband Charles Fox of Webster, TX; her son Richard Fox (Jane) of Santa Fe, TX; her grandchildren, Lisa Fox-Thomas (Ben) of High Point, NC, Charles "Brad" Fox (Wendy) of Nacogdoches, TX, Jennifer Voyles (Koda) of Santa Fe, TX and Dylan Fox (Danielle) of Nacogdoches, TX; her great grandchildren, Desiree, Caleb, Grace, Faith, Megan, Ivy, Keaton and Lily; her siblings, William "Bill" Horstman (Toot) of Weirton, Dick Horstman (Pat) of Burgettstown, PA and Ruth Ann Fliermans (Carl) of Augusta, GA; her sister-in-law Sally Pacobit (Eddie) of Weirton, WV; and also Estefana. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
