He is survived by: his wife Loretta Ramsey of Merkel, Texas.; his children, Scott Ramsey of Katy and Kim Whynot of Pearland; his great grandchild Caroline Weiss; his grandchildren, Britni Weiss, Preston Ramsey, Benjamin Ramsey, Sydney Whynot and Olivia Whynot; and his brothers, John Ramsey and LeRoy Ramsey. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
