He is survived by: his wife Valerie Musick; his daughters, Mandy Smith (John), Suzette Ramos (Chris) and Melodie Worden; his grandchildren, Matthew, Sydney, Joshua, Jackson, Jacob, Patrick, Rylee and Lauren; his siblings, Sharon Clark (Sam), Marla Rhodes (Charlie), Lana Lynch, Ronald Starks (Jill), Roger Starks and Joe Lynch (Keely); and also Ronda Reynard. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
