She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Russell Davidson and Evelyn Davidson of Sulphur, LA.; her husband Audis H. Thornton, Jr.; her children, Tracy Thornton Bontz and Michael H Thornton (Lorena); her brothers, Donald T Davidson (Catherine) and Ronald B Davidson (Bondra); her grandchildren, Lindsay Thornton Spencer (David), Taylor Bontz, Morgan Bontz, Blake Bontz (Courtney) and Maleek Thornton; and her great grandchildren, Dylan Spencer and Paulina Spencer. She was also cherished by 3 nieces, 1 nephew, 3 great nieces, and 3 great nephews as well as numerous family members and friends.
