She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Alonzo Phillips and Willetta Allene Pike Phillips; her husband William Albert Pepper; and her son-in-law Steven Puls. She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Puls and Ann Wilson (Mike). She is also survived by extended family, usually her parents and at least one or more sisters.
