He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Tim and Eddie; his daughter-in-law Kerry; his grandchild Kelly Beck; his grandchildren-in-law, Mike Beck and Kelsey Stanton; his great grandchildren, Eli, Emmett, Easton, Summer and Edward, IV (EJ); his parents, Walter Lamar Stanton and Alice Elizabeth Childress; his siblings, Lewis Stanton and Marie Whisenant (Stanton); his wife Ola Jonel Stanton; and his grandson Trey Stanton. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
