He was predeceased by: his parents, John Roy Vandagriff and Jewel Jones Vandagriff; and his siblings, Rubera Bosher, Don Vandagriff and Elaine Vandagriff.
He is survived by: his wife Dottie Vandagriff; and his children, Pam Gruben, Phil (Allison Vandagriff), Jim (Terry Binnion), Gene (Melissa Binnion) and Mike (Kathy Binnion). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
In respect for Jon's wishes, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Doss Heritage and Culture Center or to Weatherford College.
