With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gene ReNae Shannon (Weatherford, Texas), born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on July 17, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Wooten and Belma Hutchinson; her husband Howard Shannon; and her children, Michael Shannon, Stephen Shannon and Dawn Harrigan.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Stanley of Burleson, TX and Shaune Shannon of Poolville, TX. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
