She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Grimes and Patricia Wenzel Grimes; her husband Richard Dessecker; her parents-in-law, Joan Dessecker and Alfred Eugene Dessecker; and her son Russell Dessecker.
She is survived by: her children, Jayme Sasser (Kristen) of League City, TX and Suzanne Rudolph (Tim) of Weatherford, TX; her grandson Malakai Tamez of Weatherford, TX; her children, Christopher Bridges of Baton Rouge, LA, Richard Dessecker (Shelly) of Dover, OH and Rachel Dessecker of Henderson, TX; her siblings, Lee Grimes (Ann) of Wetumpka, AL, Beth Spires (George) of Barney, GA and Jo Anna Straughn of Rose Hill, AL; her brothers-in-law, Ron Dessecker (Lois) of Orville, OH, Randy and Rod Dessecker (Sylvia) of Dover, OH; her grandchildren, Shawn Derington, Skylar, Alie Huitt, Blaine, Tanya Kiker, Shaley Rudolph, Nathan Rice, Devin Shumacher, Lauren Bridges, Peyton Dessecker, Nolan Dessecker and Leah Bridges; her great grandchildren, Danica, Grayson, Kiera, Kynlee, Lukah and Jynorah; and her friend Brett Wolfington-Floodman. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
