It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Forrest Pate (Warren, Texas), born in Woodville, Texas, who passed away on May 10, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Richard Pate; and his sister Dorothy Pate Wingate. He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Pate of Warren; his children, John Pate (Johanna) of Ft. Worth and Jaye Pate Meurer (Thomas) of West; his grandsons, Jeremiah Pate (Marianne) of Warren, Joshua Pate of College Station, Dylan Meurer of West, Garrett Meurer of West and Colton Meurer of West; and his great grandchildren, Rosemary, William, Henry Pate, Meadow and Brooklyn Pate. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Methodist Children's Home in Waco, Texas.
