He was predeceased by: his wife Hattie Bedford Noack; his children, Susie Noack Parrott and David Martin Noack; and his siblings, Bert, Clyde, Lee, Coonie and Hilda.
He is survived by: his children, Ted Jr. (Debbie), Richard "Benny" (Sherry), William "Billy" (Beverly), Ed (Nancy), Kathy Purvis (Kyle) and Louise Goforth (Charley); his sisters, Lucille Streetman Kubin (Jerry) and Barbara Pribilski; his grandchildren, Keri Beth Kagawa, Krissy McLaren, Clint Castilow, Joey Castilow, Ashley Gibson, Cord Noack, Chad Noack, Teresa Noack, Joseph Noack, Caleb Noack, Mairy Noack, Brandon Noack, Kelsi Noack, Emily Noack, Beth Kennedy and Jordan Noack; and his great grandchildren, Justin Stommel, Christopher McLaren, Alex McLaren, Heavenly Castilow, Maelee Neefe, Cade Gibson, Arya Nanez, Josie Nanez, Lorenzo Ramos, Cashner Arnold and Flint Kennedy. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
