He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hendrix and Virgie Hendrix; his wife Gloria Sue Hendrix; his brothers, James and Bobby Hendrix; and his grandson Mac Hendrix.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Gene Hendrix (Sandy), Randy Hendrix (Tracy), Glen Hendrix (Annette), Tommy Hendrix (Cindy), Lance Hendrix (Rebecca), Tim Hendrix (Janice), Shannon Hendrix (Melissa) and Susie Byer. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren; as well as many others relatives and friends.
If desired, the family suggests memorials be made to Champion Cowboy Church in Billy Gene's name.
