He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Amos and Norena Burrow Duke; his brothers, Tim and Hollis; and his daughter Cindy Duke.

He is survived by: his wife Martha Anne Curry; his sons, Kenneth (Brenda) of Garland and Dennis (Lorna) of Mart, Texas; and his grandchildren, April Duke, Kyle Duke (Jill), Adam Duke (Stephanie), Patricia Duke and Derrick Duke. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
