He is survived by: his mother Petra Silva; his stepfather Epifanio Silva, Sr.; his siblings, Ruben Puentes (Adriana), Jimmy Puentes, Epifanio Silva Jr. (Mary), Raymond Silva (Gabby), Janie DeLeon, Manuelita Puentes, Ann Ceniceros (Esli Ubaldo), Cathy Perez (Abel) and Christina Castro (Reymundo); his children, Amanda White (Charles) of Felipe Puentes, III., Venancia, Nicolas Puentes (Malina) and Anastasia Puentes; his wife Mary Jane Puentes; and his former wife Elisa Hernandez. He is also survived by three granddaughters and two grandsons.
