He is survived by: his wife Nancy Alice Smith; his children, Kevin Lee Smith (Faith), Debra Ann Vahrenkamp (Darryl), Rebecca Ann Sanders (Mikel) and Catrina Marie Hager (John Spivey); his grandchildren, Brandon, Brittany, Brianna, Brooke, Lindsey, Toni, Jacob, Hunter, Brittney, Liz, Cory, Pate, Mac, Dayne, Aubrey and MacKenzie; his great grandchildren, Addi, Brooklyn, Athena, Jocelyn, Violet, Brynlee, Jace, Bentley, Maddi, William, Khole, Carter, Blakelynn, Fallyn, Caden and Greyson; and his siblings, Beverly, Cathy and Marvin.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pat Adams Scholarship Fund at Greater Waco Baptist Church.
