She was predeceased by: her parents, Lecil Lockart and Jean Lockart (Trammel); her husband Jim Neilon; and her daughter Sarah Ann Bednar. She is survived by: her children, Beth, Mark Lack of Orange, Laura Bednar of Allen and Susan Ann Bednar of Orange; her grandchildren, Mark Lane Block, T. J. Phelan and Lexi Bednar; and her sister Susan Lockart Bryan of Round Rock.
