She was predeceased by: her mother Rosemary Blank; her grandparents, August, Rosalie Blank, George and Agnes Lesikar; and her mother-in-law Mollie DuBois.
She is survived by: her father Robert Lesikar; her significant other Terry DuBois; her sons, Terry "Tad" DuBois Jr. (Amber) of Victoria and Taylor DuBois of Victoria; her grandchildren, Rylee, Charles and Tyson; her brother Evan Lesikar (Brandi) of Victoria; her half-sister Kasey Rosales (Lelos) of Giddings, Texas; her stepsiblings, Jodee Hendrick (Troy) and Jeff Albrecht (Gentry); and her stepmother Dicki Lesikar.
