He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charline Ward and Ewell Ward; his wife Judy Harle Ward of Vega, Texas; his children, Todd Ward (Cristal) of Munster, Tye Ward of Amarillo, Texas and Holly Helzer (Roger) of Edmond, Oklahoma; his siblings, Dal Ward (Jo) of Flower Mound, Texas, Tim Ward of Sunray, Texas and Jan Britten (Howard "Hop"); and his grandchildren, Morgan Bebout (Seth), Cy Ward, Grant Ward, Whitt Ward, Lauren Helzer Stemm (Christian), John Helzer and Jaxon Helzer.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations are made to the Milburn-Price Culture Museum, P.O. Box 377, Vega, Texas 79092.
