She is survived by: her husband Teddy; her children, Todd Haines (Alison) of Van and Teresa Swartz (Chuck) of Bradenton, FL; and her grandchildren, Connor Spurgeon, Carlie Spurgeon, Wayne Clague, Jessica Chavez, Tommy Clague and Kristi Forgy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Heart to Heart Hospice-Tyler and Wesley House Activity Fund.
