She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Davis and Lillie May Turner Davis; her husband Max Mullins; her daughter Norma Jean; and her siblings, John H. Davis, Charles Ray Davis, Elizabeth Chaney and Wanda Burks.
She is survived by: her son Jerry Burks; and her sisters, Pearlene Purkey, Martha Liebel and Ann Aldridge. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
