It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Kay Huffines (Van, Texas), born in Grand Saline, Texas, who passed away on April 14, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his husband Paul Huffines; his son Steve Huffines; his great grandchild Brenton Lane Huffines; his parents, Carl Clower and Odessa Clower; and his siblings, Weldon Clower, Truman Clower, Edward Clower, Glenn Clower, Danny Clower, Avis Bailey, Joy Green, Betty Kirby, Jean Dickerson, Peggy Rogers and Sue Baugh.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy; his children-in-law, Roy Hukill of Van and Kim Huffines of Van; his grandchildren, Wesley Huffines (Chanda) and Allison McClanahan (Carter); and his sisters, Billie Watson, Jo Gilchrist and Sherry Shinpaugh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
