She was predeceased by: her husband Dan Turner; her son Randall Gene Hays; her siblings, Leon Williams, Ronnie Williams, Sandy West and Diann Williams; and her parents, William Garnet "Cotton" Williams and Maxie Rea Williams (Morgan).
She is survived by: her children, Wendell Hays, Rebecca Bowles (Mitchel), Ronnie Turner (Angie), Atonia Rawlings (Roger) and Angela Williams; her brother Jerry Williams (Tammy); and her siblings-in-law, Sally Williams and Bill West. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
