It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Ruff of Van, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on March 18, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Franklin Ruff and Laura Margaret McGee; his close friend Kathy Sturrock of Tool, TX; his sons, Michael Douglas Ruff of Tool, Christopher Patrick Ruff of Oklahoma and Dougie Ruff; and his siblings, Leroy "Lee" Ruff of Wills Point, James Patrick Ruff of Tool and Rita. He was also cherished by three grandchildren.
