He was predeceased by: his parents, Brooks Revill and Daisy Revill. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Revill; his sons, Chris (Crystal Revill) and John (Jamie Revill); and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Revill, Laci Revill and Reagan Revill.

If desired, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
