He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Odis and Pearl Odessa Feagan; his wife Mary Frances; and his sisters, Ruby Pearl Feagan, Mary Louise Mitchell and Lillian Olene Kindle.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Mead (Lonnie) of Honey Grove, Texas, Robert Feagan (Carrie) of Westminster and Stuart Feagan (Dusti) of Eufaula, Oklahoma; his sisters-in-law, Joy Thornhill (Jackie) of Anna and Anita Hinson (Clarence) of Savoy; and his sons, Rocky and Scooter Stanley. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
