It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Eugene Welch (Van Alstyne, Texas), who passed away on June 13, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Welch and Ruby Welch; and his siblings, Jerry Welch and Rita Harris. He is survived by: his significant other Regina; his children, April Cottrell (Tracey) and Tommy Welch (Gena); his brothers, Ronnie and Ricky Welch; and his grandchildren, Charlie Cottrell, Cody Welch, Cory Welch, Caleb Crittenden, Nikki Welch, Courtney Cottrell and Breanna Crittenden. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
