He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuela Flores, (Cruz) and Manuel Zaragoza Flores, Sr.; his sons, Manuel Flores, Jr. and Roberto Flores; and his children-in-law, Margarita Cardona Flores and Keith Doak.
He is survived by: his wife Felipa Duenez; his daughters, Maria Gear of Uvalde, Janie Garcia (Ismael) of San Antonio, Josie Lam (Ton) of Spring Branch and Angie Doak of Uvalde; and his sister Maria Elena Hernandez of San Antonio. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
