He is survived by: his children, LaShauni Wiltz (Melvern), Lossie Rashad Wade III, Dawalus Hampton, Askia Wade, Gabriel Wade, Alexandria Hillard, Johnathen Hayes (Kamri), Latavian Putilla and Diamond Wade; and his siblings, Katrina Wade-Pettigrew (Larry), Darrell Wade, Darvin Wade and Mark Wade. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
