It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Smith of Tyler, Texas, who passed away on June 14, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her family, David Franklin Smith, Jr., Patricia Ann Smith and Randall Keith Smith. She is survived by: her aunts, Willie Phillips Wall and Ruby Phillips Lee; her significant other David Franklin Smith; and her grandchildren, Michael, Randi, Blake, Elizabeth, Chelsea, Melissa and Matthew. She is also survived by sisters to her mother.
