He is survived by: his wife Teresia Mayo of Tyler; his daughters, Stephanie Mayo of Tyler and Jennifer; his son-in-law Eric Nichols of Greeley, CO; his son Jonathan; his daughter-in-law Tayler Mayo of Tyler; his grandson Mark Mayo; his pet Bandit; his siblings, Jim Mayo (Judy) of Henderson and Linda Griffin (Roy) of Streetman; his siblings-in-law, Olivia Duffey (Billy) of Dayton, Angela Batie of Tyler, Bobby Smith (Patti) of Tyler and Debi Heath (Donald) of Tyler; and his mother-in-law Stella Crumpler of Tyler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
