He is survived by: his wife Frances Virginia Moser; his children, Mary Lee Moser Bowman, Dr. James H. Moser Jr. (Rose) and Robert David Moser (Kandee); and his grandchildren, Joshua David Bowman (Trena), Sarah Moser Nannaman (Andy), Lisa Moser Hardin (Robert), Daniel Moser (Sarah), Angela Moser Gordon (Chris), Michelle Moser, Erin Moser Lowery (Jonathon Lowery) and Kara Moser. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; and numerous other loving family members and friends.
