He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer E. and Edith L. "Jo" Rudder. He is survived by: his sister Donna Heard of San Angelo; his siblings-in-law, Herbert Heard of San Angelo, Estelle Owens of Plainview and Bo Owens of Huntington; and his nieces and nephews, Carrie Hodges (Jacques) of Houston, Amanda Owens Debler (Christoph) of Fürth, Jake Owens (Amanda) of Lubbock, Katie Jo of Houston, Abigail Hodges of Houston and Jack Owens of Lubbock.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Ken and Mary Owens Sharpe Endowed Scholarship at Wayland Baptist University in Plainview or the charity of your choice.
