She was predeceased by: her parents, Simmuel Vaughan and Zora Vaughan (Hutson); her husband Benny "Joe" Hooper; her sisters, Ellouise House, Frances and Shot Hutson; her parents-in-law, Ben and Revellah Hooper; her brother Bobby; and her sister-in-law Edna Hooper (Cletus).
She is survived by: her children, Jana Kay Lashmet (Dudley Hume), Jill Len Lashmet (John) of Eaton, CO., Jerry Joe Langin-Hooper (Ann) of Florida and Jim Bob Hooper (Deneise) of Lubbock; her grandchildren, Stephanie Langin-Hooper, Kanan Hooper, Deidra Lashmet, Zach Lashmet, Terrance Lashmet, Tyrel Lashmet, Kayla Lashmet, Shana Lashmet, Evan Hooper, Tiffany Hooper and Bailey Palmer; and her great grandchildren, Kaden Lashmet, Vaughan Woodward, Caleb Palmer, Braun Lashmet, Myer Stanton, Harper Lashmet, Daxton Rojas, Remy Stanton, Kolton Lashmet, Tanner Lashmet and Keira Lashmet.
