It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene Powell Nelson (Tulia, Texas), who passed away on June 17, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her great grandchildren, Terri, Bill Pearson of Happy, Joli, Trey Johnson, Laci, Clay Cameron, Ty, Magen Pearson, Karen and Tommy Brockway of Terrell; her sisters, Joyce Polk (Bobby) of Argyle and Shirley Young of Leavenworth, Washington; her sister-in-law Mildred Powell of Brewster, Washington; and also, Rylee, Kenli, Tryce, Kale, Rayce, Tripp, Sage, Christian, Cali, Chloe, Matt, Alaina Brockway, Jamie, Brooke, Evan, Tammy Shipman of Tulia, Texas, Carolyn Nelson of Channing, Kayla, Tory Fernandez, Blake, Trey, Donna, Gary Combs of Lubbock, Krissy, Joe Heinrich, Alexana, Lily, Jake, Kristy Combs, Tayzlee, Tinlee, Russell Nelson of Little River, Melissa, John Barnes and Cory Nelson. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.
